Learn Italian via Skype:

You can learn Italian from the comfort of your home in your free time. This blog provides a virtual learning space, tailor made courses to suit your needs and maximum flexibility in terms of timetable. 

With years of teaching experience behind me, I can help you learn the language in a relaxed environment and encourage you to use the language as much as possible through communicative language teaching.

Courses:

I provide regular Italian classes. Your Italian course will be arranged according to your level, and lessons can be customized to suit your timetable and needs. 

I can arrange one-to-one tuition or small group classes. It’s always possible to book a first trial lesson for free (a first 30 minute class) and to attend grammar classes, conversation classes and workshops on Italian cuisine and Italian cinema. 

You can buy a book or use the material I’ll send you after each lesson. 

Tuition is in Italian but you can always ask for an explanation in English if you get stuck!

Discounts are available if you book a 10 lesson package and pay in advance. For group classes, please send me an e-mail and you’ll get a personalized offer.

Lesson times: 

E-mail me and we’ll find a suitable time for the lesson. Remember that I’m in Italy but I’ll do my best to make sure that times are agreeable for all.

Payment:

Payment should be made before a lesson commences. Once a day and time has been agreed upon, I’ll send you an e-mail with the amount due for the lesson/lessons package. Please pay the amount before your lesson, otherwise the lesson will be cancelled.

Method:

All lessons are given via Skype with or without a webcam (as you prefer). A microphone is required. Many computers have them built in. For best results, I recommend purchasing a compatible headset. For any further information visit

Trips: 

I arrange trips around Milan and the Lake Como area with the aim of letting you get to know Italy and improve your language skills. These trips will help you deal with situations most courses can’t cover, and get to experience the wonderful city of Milan and the magic of the Lake of Como. Just send me an email to ask for a tailor-made trip which I’ll arrange for you according to your wishes (shopping tours, tours of museums and churches, general sightseeing tours, restaurant tours).
